Deepening Course with Cosimo di Maggio-authorized 2nd level instructor
ABOUT THE COURSE
Transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Yeshi Namkhai is required.
This course is for current members of the International Dzogchen Community who have attended an introductory course and know the Vajra Dance of the Song of the Vajra, and are interested in clarifying and fine-tuning the movements and mudras under Cosimo's expert guidance.
We will review the Dance and will work further on details such as timing, interactions, passages which will develop our capacity for integrating in the state of Contemplation.
Come along and enjoy dancing together on the mandala.

Morning and afternoon sessions- 10am- 12:00noon and 3-5pm.
The times can be flexible according to the wishes of participants.
Meals: Food co-op and/or dine at nearby cafes.
