About the retreatThis retreat will be the opportunity to learn how to relax through presence and enjoyment.
The days will be divided between Pagchen (a tibetan game), trip to Caloundra beaches and sitting practices. The retreat will start on Friday evening at 5pm and will finish on Sunday at 5pm. Fees are by donation onsite. Arnaud Coquillard will lead the sessions from early morning to night time. The program is made to be spacious and relaxed while at the same time focus and convivial.

Friday 5pm: introduction to the retreat, acknowledgement to custodian of the land, first practice: presence and awareness applied to the body and the 5 senses.
Friday 6.30pm: dinner
Friday: 8.00pm: introduction to Pagchen - first games
Saturday 6.00am: short practice and trip to the beach - breakfast on the beach
Saturday 10.00am teachings on Presence and Awareness applied to the 5 emotions, practice and pagchen
Saturday 1.00pm lunch
Saturday 3.00pm practice and pagchen
Saturday 7.00pm dinner and pagchen
Sunday 6.00am: short practice and trip to the beach - breakfast on the beach
