From the 19-21 of November, a three day training in Kumbhaka. The first day of this will focus on harmonious breathing, and then in the following days we will explore the practice of Kumbhaka through a series of simple, easy to understand exercises. Open to all ages and physical capacities. The second and third days on the khumbaka require transmission and membership of the Dzogchen community
About Yantra Yoga
Yantra Yoga is an authentic Tibetan yoga system dating back to 800AD. It has been taught in an unaltered form from teacher to student over the centuries until this day. Eminent Professor and Dzogchen Master, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu introduced Yantra Yoga to the West in the early 1970’s.
Yantra Yoga focuses on co-ordinating the breath with movement in a rhythmic practice which harmonises the body, energy and mind. You experience a deep sense of peace, well being and relaxation in everything that you do.
About your Instructor
Oni has been practicing yoga for over 30 years, and teaching yoga for 23. Authorised by Chögyal Namhkai Norbu as One of only three authorised level three yantra teachers in the world she has strength, peace and focus.
About the Course
Sessions from 9am - 12pm and 2.30pm - 5.30pm each day.
