Spring Retreat, Namgyalgar 29th September - 9th October

Webcast retreat with Chögyal Namkhai Norbu from Barcelona, Spain and
The Long Life Practice of Mandarava

Led by Elise Stutchbury, SMS Base Teacher

The retreat will commence at 4pm, Wednesday 29 September and end at 1pm, Saturday 9 October. The Video Webcast will be from 1-7 October, and the topic will be “Ati Dzogchen Tregchöd, a Terma of Master Rigdzin Jyangchub Dorje.”

This Retreat will be an opportunity to deepen our practice of the long life practice of Mandarava. People who have received transmission from our Master but who do not know the Mandarava practice will be able to learn it. For those people who have received instructions on the srogtig breathings and the chudlen, especially in the webcast retreat of March 2010, and also the Caloundra retreat in 2003, there will be an opportunity to clarify these instructions as well as practice together. SMS students will also have the opportunity to clarify questions on their practice and study during this retreat.

Please visit the events page for more details.
